2 THE BEGINNING The construction of the Moscow Metro Station began in June 1931 by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

3 THE POWERFUL Communist Party of the Soviet Union was in power during the beginning of the construction of the Moscow Metro.
