3. Instructions The restaurant visit must be written up as a word document. Submit it as a PDF (Portable Document Format) if you have difficulty sending it. Submit the assignment using the Assignments feature on your blackboard (refer to the instructions found under Course Information in the Content Areas of Blackboard). This assignment must be completed and submitted by the date given under Due Dates, located under Course Documents in the Content Areas of Blackboard. All submissions must be typed, space-and-half with a title page (title, name, ID#, date) and reference page. In addition, you must include required proof of your visit (meal receipt, a picture of yourself at the restaurant, menu cover, MyDietAnalysis report).

5. Questions on Vegan Restaurant Visit Answer the following three questions in essay form: 1. What is the name of the vegan restaurant you ate at, the full address, the web address (if any), the number of years open, the décor/eating atmosphere, and the training of the head chef? 2. How did the meal compare with your traditional type of meal. What were the major differences? This can include subjective opinions. 3. Describe the meal you ate. Include information on the ingredients and possible nutrients and calories. Do a MyDietAnalysis on the food you eat. Would you eat at a vegan restaurant again and/or recommend this restaurant?

6. Notes on the Questions Questions 1 and 2 should be one paragraph each, with a minimum 6-7 sentences on each question. Question 3 should be 3-4 paragraphs with a minimum of 12-17 sentences. Be specific with your answers.

7. Please include the following items with your submission: A digital photograph of yourself at the restaurant A scanned meal receipt from the restaurant. A scanned menu from the restaurant. A title page (assignment title, name, ID#, date) The MyDietAnalysis report (do not select the MyPyramid option) Note: Your assignment MUST be completed and turned in by the stated due date via the Assignments feature on Blackboard, or you will receive a zero for the assignment – NO EXCEPTIONS!
