Cinema or theatre. Enclosed premises of a bank to which members of the public have access Any clinical laboratory, healthcare establishment, hospital, maternity home, medical clinic or nursing home. Indoor ice-skating rink, roller-skating rink or roller-discotheque. Indoor sports arena, bowling alley, billiard saloon, gymnasium or aerobic or fitness centre. Lift Public library or any library in any institution of higher learning. Public museum or public art gallery. Air-conditioned office premises

Enclosed or air-conditioned corridor, lobby, stairwell or other common area of buildings which consists of office premises The Supreme Court, the Subordinate Courts and Small Claims Tribunals. Air-conditioned area in the terminal buildings of Singapore Changi Airport Any air-conditioned shopping mall or complex, including any shop, atrium, corridor, lobby, stairwell or other area within the shopping mall or complex, but excluding any place or premises used as a discotheque, pub, bar, lounge or night club. Underground pedestrian walkway. Area occupied by a queue of 2 or more persons in a public place. Air-conditioned shop. 13 Smoking Ban – Extension Of Smoking Prohibited Places From 1 Jan 2009 New Places to be covered under the smoking ban: Childrens playgrounds Exercise areas Markets Underground and multistorey carparks, ferry terminals and jetties. Non - air conditioned areas in offices, factories, shops, shopping complexes and lift lobbies.
