Air-conditioned area in the terminal buildings of Singapore Changi Airport Any air-conditioned shopping mall or complex, including any shop, atrium, corridor, lobby, stairwell or other area within the shopping mall or complex, but excluding any place or premises used as a discotheque, pub, bar, lounge or night club. Smoking Ban – Extension Of Smoking Prohibited Places From 1 Jan 2009 New Places to be covered under the smoking ban: Childrens playgrounds Exercise areas Markets Underground and multistorey carparks, ferry terminals and jetties. Non - air conditioned areas in offices, factories, shops, shopping complexes and lift lobbies.
