5 Controls maintenance Dear colleagues, Please find for information the list of activities that BE-CO and IT-CS will do on April 2-3-4. The impact of these activities shall be limited (but better to check inside your facilities). The only perturbation which is foreseen is the perturbation on the video of PS and SPS on April 2 nd at 14:00 Moreover, as a reminder during the disconnection test on March 27 th, from 10:30 to 13:00, it will be impossible to communicate between IMPACT system and the access system (meaning IMPACT requests modified or approved during this time slot will not be deployed on the access system). With best regards K. Foraz SPS.Technical-Coordination@Cern.ch5

Ceci pour ne pas couper lélectricité une seconde fois cette année sur chaque point du SPS. Les coupures dureront donc de 7h00 à 22h00 lors des test AUG et maintenance. Les notes de coupures suivront et seront diffusées.

During these periods large sections of the false floor in these surface buildings will be lifted. Any works in the BAs that involve lifting of the false floors MUST be reported to the Coordination team If you require access to racks or other equipment in the surface buildings during these periods you must check with planning first.

22 Hi Gael. I am hoping that you can assist me. I am attempting to get a hole made in BA1 so that I can install some ducts for fibre optic cables. (the first 2 pictures) I have tasked GS with this but they need the following information from me as requested by John Etheridge (see below). I am having difficulty finding the owners of these cables and was hoping that you may know. Thanks in advance Matthew James Gallagher A.O.B. SPS.Technical-Coordination@Cern.ch22
