OVERVIEW Form-Plast S.A. is polish company founded by Halina and Maciej Pietraszek in 1978; Our company has been directly involved in making injection moulded parts, and through years has gained experience in manufacturing technical moulded parts, especially those for the automotive and electronic sectors; Our customers include those being OEM as well as Tier1 & Tier2 suppliers; Our machinery park consist of 65 CNC injection moulding machines, ranging from 50 Tons up to 2500 Tons of clamping force; Since we understand the quality is the key to success, our company has implemented a Quality Management System according to ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO14001, ISO 9001:2000, PN-N 18001 and achieved award Q1 ; On the 3 of March 2008 district court in Bydgoszcz registered convertion of Form-Plast Limited Liability Company into Form-Plast Join Stock Company.
To continuously upgrade our skills in order to ensure further growth of company, which will strenghten our position on the plastic processing market as a respected supplier of plastic parts, moulds and services to the automotive, electronics and other demanding branches of the industry.
