13 © Gracious Living Realty 2009 | | Call Center Support When a call is received we verify the clients name, contact information, extension called, property address and the county the property is in. If the potential buyer is just seeking information on the property, we give them the appropriate agents contact information, including phone number and . In some instances we will call the agent with the potential buyers contact information and a description of what the called entailed. All calls are routed to one central location. There are true professionals that know the real estate business and mortgage lending in and out. They are also very knowledgeable about REO and HUD homes and the financing of REO and HUD homes

14 © Gracious Living Realty 2009 | | Contract Acceptance Program Each time a bid is accepted we follow up with the selling agent via and phone. We want to ensure the following: 1)The agent has and understands everything needed to submit the package. 2)Answer any questions the agent may have regarding the process. 3)Give the agent contact information and link them into support they may need. 4)Re-confirm the nuances with selling REO and HUD homes.

15 © Gracious Living Realty 2009 | | Contract Acceptance Program Quality Control With almost 70% of HUD contracts falling through, our team of seasoned veterans will review each contract at no charge, prior to submission, to minimize errors. This is done for our agents and any agents in the marketplace. Our staff follows up on each and every contract 14 days after acceptance.
