Compact Home Symptoms of the problem (click on the relevant line) No display on the unit The machine has frozen up The oxygen consumption is too high. The machine switches on but nothing happens even if you override manually. The right hand pressure gauge is below 2.5 bars. The right hand pressure gauge is above 2.5 bars The pressure on the right hand pressure gauge does not reach 2.5 bars The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge remains at 0. The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge is above 2 bars. The Norton tube (noodle) on the equipment outlet disconnects constantly. The equipment will not run in automatic mode. The equipment does not work and the machine is displaying an error code.

Yes No Home Is the equipment connected to a power supply?

YesNo Home Disconnect and reconnect the equipment to reinitialise it. Has the machine restarted?

YesNo Home Is the equipment connected to the regulator properly? And is the pressure at 6 bars? (sometimes the connection is poor due to oxygenation)

YesNo Home Is the pressure on the right hand pressure gauge at 2.5 bars?

YesNo Home Is the equipment connected to the regulator properly? And is the pressure at 6 bars? (sometimes the connection is poor due to oxygenation)

Manually override in small increments by turning the regulator clockwise to 2.5 bars. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

YesNo Home Is the pressure on the left hand pressure gauge over 2.5 bars?

Completely unscrew the regulator, carry out a manual override in order to remove any impurities, then reset the pressure to 2.5 bars. If the problem persists, the doser module is defective. Contact our after- sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

YesNo Home Carry out a manual override. Are the solenoid valves working?

YesNo Home Are the Norton tubes (noodles) at the doser outlet and the tank inlet disconnected?

If yesIf no Home Check the ceramic element; it may be broken or the pipe connecting to the diffuser may be disconnected.

YesNo Home Is the device's outlet coupling connected properly? (risk of a poor connection due to oxygenation).

YesNo Home Check that the pipe between the device and the diffuser is not squashed or blocked, disconnect the Norton tube from the diffuser, carry out a manual override and the gas should flow. Does the left hand pressure gauge fall again immediately?

YesNo Home Is the diffuser clogged?

If yesIf no Home Check that the pipe between the device and the diffuser is not squashed or blocked, disconnect the Norton tube from the diffuser and carry out a manual override. The gas should flow and the left hand pressure gauge should fall again immediately.

YesNo Home Have the tank and dose volumes been programmed?

Yes Home Is the programmed dose compatible with the volume programmed? 20 If yesIf no Home Check that there are no leaks in the circuit; see attached procedure.

Defective machine or supply Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The equipment is ready for use. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The O 2 supply circuit is blocked. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The equipments outlet connection is not connected or is not connected securely (risk of poor connection due to oxygenation). Replace the coupling. Doser outlet 2/4 (ref: 1.6SortieDoseur2/4). Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Clean the ceramic element (see attached procedure); check that it is working properly in a bucket before putting it back in the tank. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

You can repair it with a stainless steel olive or replace the entire tube. ref: 215TA10MO Did this help to solve your problem ? YesNo Home

YesNo Home

Pipe blocked - replace it. Note: This happens if you switch off the device without taking the diffuser out of the wine or if you leave it to soak in cleaning solution without disconnecting it. If effect, the wine or cleaning solution will consume the oxygen in the tubes and rise up to the dosing device, crystallise, block all the tubes and may even damage the dosing module, resulting in it needing to be replaced. It is very important to remove the diffuser from the tank and to disconnect it as soon as it is no longer in use. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Clean the ceramic element (see attached procedure); check that it is working properly in a bucket before putting it back in the tank. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The machine has lost its calibration value; to check it disconnect and reconnect the device. The first screen that appears will indicate the calibration value. If this value is 0, you will need to reprogramme it. Programming the calibration value requires you to open the device. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Repair following the attached instructions or contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Check the power supply and connections. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The machine is defective. Contact our after-sales service for a replacement. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Set the O 2 bottle outlet pressure to 6 bars. Reminder: it is the difference in pressure between the supply at 6 bars and the back pressure at 2.5 bars that acts as a reference for the device to operate. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

While carrying out a manual override, gently tap on the black screw next to the right hand pressure gauge; a solenoid valve may be stuck. Otherwise, the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve coil is defective. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

The equipments outlet connection is not connected or is not connected securely (risk of poor connection due to oxygenation). Possibly replace the regulator outlet coupling. Ref: 3.1.SD1 Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Set the O 2 bottle outlet pressure to 6 bars. Reminder: it is the difference in pressure between the supply at 6 bars and the back pressure at 2.5 bars that acts as a reference for the device to operate. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Dosing module defective; contact our after-sales service to replace it. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home

Check the regulator setting by turning it anti-clockwise; if the pressure does not drop, the dosing module is defective. Contact our after-sales service for a replacement. Did this help to solve your problem? YesNo Home
