A Love Revolution Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. (4:7) and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. (4:7) The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (4:8) In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us … (4:10) Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. (4:11) And we have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, … (4:16) the love which God has for us. God is love, … (4:16) We love, because He first loved us. (4:19)

A Love Revolution … but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: … (2:5) been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: … (2:5) Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (2:15) If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (2:15) See how great a love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the children of God; and such we are. (3:1) that we should be called the children of God; and such we are. (3:1)

A Love Revolution For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. (3:11) that we should love one another. (3:11) We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. (3:14) we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. (3:14) We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. (3:16) and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. (3:16)

A Love Revolution But whoever has the worlds goods, and beholds his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? (3:17) abide in him? (3:17) Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. (3:18) but in deed and truth. (3:18)
