5 MUSIC EDUCATION IN THE SYLLABUS (CURRICULUM) In our institution from the first grade of primary school,music lessons leads a teacher with music education. Students in the classroom have contact with,, active'' music /e. g. accompaniment such as guitar, violin, piano - to the songs/ thanks to this activities students sing with pleasure on the obligatory classes and take part in outclasses art lessons. Musical education in our school is also the integration between the subjects. Thanks to this integration such subjects as the first language (Polish), history, art and religion becomes more attractive to students. Music education in our school plays an important role in childrens general development Music education developments musical talents, abilities of creative thinking, sensitivity to the beauty of music. The student learns the basic concepts and terms of music, understands the meaning and uses in performing and listening to music, making conversations about music and looking for information about music. II. Creation of expression. The student creates an expressions- perform songs and dances, improvises and composes simple sound structures and dance routine, shows the characteristics and nature of listened and performed songs with words or other means of expression. III. Analysis and interpretation of cultural texts. The student interprets the performed composition in accordance with the text, character and function. Listens to music, recognizes, distinguishes and discusses the features of music, and submit his/her own attitude to the performed repertoire. I. Receipt of expression and use the information.
