Commenced in 2007 to produce spiral welded steel pipe pile with length up to 100meters, wall thickness up to 25mm and OD up to 3000mm.

The OSP Pulau Indah factory comprises of the following facilities to provide one stop solution to our customers :
2 spiral pipe forming machines with production capacity of 80,000 MT per annum
14 rotator stations for pipe pile interlocks, splicing, pile shoe and lifting lugs fabrications using combination of STT, flux core and SAW
(inclusive currently 4 stations for splicing activities)
Coating facilities,
Capable to coat approx. 100m² daily
