802.21c Proposal Guidelines
Proposals must follow the Function Requirements document,
Solution proposed in each proposal must correspond to one or more functional blocks which are defined in the Specification Framework document,
Proposals must be submitted to Document Repository (
Group: Single Radio Handover
Document Title: TGc_Proposal_Firstname_Lastname [e.g. TGc_Proposal_Junghoon_Jee]
Submission Deadline: March 12th (FRI), 2010, end of day AOE (Anywhere On Earth)
Also, an must be sent to the c TG Chair Junghoon Jee and the WG Chair Vivek Gupta informing of the submission.
After the submission deadline, no new revision of proposal is allowed until the end of 2010 March meeting
