3 April 2007 doc.: IEEE /0570r0 802.21c Proposal Guidelines Proposals must follow the Function Requirements document, Solution proposed in each proposal must correspond to one or more functional blocks which are defined in the Specification Framework document, Proposals must be submitted to Document Repository ( Group: Single Radio Handover Document Title: TGc_Proposal_Firstname_Lastname [e.g. TGc_Proposal_Junghoon_Jee] Submission Deadline: March 12th (FRI), 2010, end of day AOE (Anywhere On Earth) Also, an must be sent to the c TG Chair Junghoon Jee and the WG Chair Vivek Gupta informing of the submission.
