Annes Märtsimaa2 MetEst Metall OÜ In brief MetEst Metall OÜ is a sheet metal components manufacturer who is operarting within the Nordic and Baltic markets as a subcontractor for construction and machine building insudies. 19 employees Turnover in 2013 was EUR 2,8 Million Our latest investment cutting machine from ESAB was installed in April 2014 New modern production facility with 2100m² production area
Annes Märtsimaa3 Our values Values: Time – speed in performing the works and reacting to enquiries is one of the advantages that have guaranteed us a relatively large customer base Customer – we explore our customers' needs, offer them the optimum solution and appreciate our customers' demands Environment – Using the most up to date CNC software we are able to reduce our overall annual cutting scrap to 15% we take into consideration that steel is a non-renewable and expensive resource, and the scraps left over in steel processing should be used reasonably. Annes Märtsimaa4 History Establisment of the company and important events MetEst Metall OÜ was established in 2006 when founders Heimar Mirka, Lembo Siro and Taavi Veidenberg decided to use their long term indivual business skills to form their own business. Business started in rented premises in the town of Tõrva. The company has invested in modern technology and in qualified personel during the years and today the company operates in its own premises in Karksi Parish. 2006 Company MetEst Metall OÜ was founded 2006 Installation of first cutting machine 2008 Business moved to new premices in Karksi Parish 2009 Certification of ISO9001 and ISO14001 2011 Installation of bending machine Durma 60800 2013 Expanding of the production facility by 1000m ² 2014April. New ESAB cutting machine with bevel plasma and bevel flame cutting head was installed 2014 May. Certification of EN1090-1 and 1090-2 2006 2014

Annes Märtsimaa8 Production Machines and possibilities Our production is capable of producing up to 450Tn of sheet metal components each month. We have 3 cutting machines with both plasma and flame cutting heads. Our latest investment gives us the possibility to make chamfers by bevel plasma and bevel flame cutting technologies. Our bending machine gives us a competetive edge, by having one of biggest bending machines in the region. Our most important value are our people. Most of our employees have been with us from the beginning and are highly experienced in the field.
Annes Märtsimaa9 Production Cutting machines We use new CNC machines which have plasma cutting and flame cutting torches. We are able to cut steel plate of 10-120 mm thickness using flame cutting technology. Cutting is performed with two torches simultaneously. We are able to cut sheet metal of 2-40 mm thickness using plasma cutting technology. Stainless steel cutting thickness 3-30mm We follow plasma and flame cutting quality classification EVS-EN ISO 9013- 332. Ajan cutting table 2006 12000mm x 2500mm Ajan cutting table 2008 12000mm x 3000mm. ESAB cutting table 2014 April 12000mm x 3000mm. Both plasma and flame have bevel cutting head. Its possible to make V, K, Y bevels. The max thickness of the bevel cutting under 45° is 75mm.
Annes Märtsimaa10 Production Bending machine Durma AD-S 60800 with Cybelec 3D CNC control system The max length of the bend is 6000mm and it has 800 tons pressing force. The max pressing power per meter is 200 tons. Besides ordinary steels S235 and S355 it is possible to bend high-strength steels like Hardox 400, Hardox 450, Weldox 700, Raex 400AR, Optim 650MC, Optim700QL, Stainless steel etc. We follow quality classification DIN 6935. At the moment we have following tools: Dies: V16; V22; V25; V35; V50; V63; V80; V100; V125; V160; V250 Punches: R3; R6; R10; R15; R20; R25; R30; R40; R50
Annes Märtsimaa11 Production Other Drilling and threading of the details by Radial drilling machine Knuth R60. Mechanical bevel cutting with angle 30°, 45° and 50°. The max thickness 10mm. Its possible to make V and Y bevels. Shotblasting of the details Packing according to client demands and instructions.
Annes Märtsimaa14 Supply chain Raw material We are using steel plates purchased from a wide range of suppliers with full tracability & EN10204/ 3,1 certifation. All raw material is certified by manufacturer to fulfill required demands and they have certificates according to EN10204/3.1 All steel plates which are thicker than 50mm, have been controlled by Ultrasonic Test. All raw material is 100% traceable trough out our production process. This gives us better overview of production efficiency and security for our customers. We work with some of the biggest importers of steel to ensure timed deliveries and high quality to our customers

Annes Märtsimaa17 Quality We are certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates Regarding the products of the building industry, we follow standard EN1090-1 and 1090-2. we have certificate for execution classes EXC1-EXC4 and the details prepared in compliance with CE-marking. All raw materials have certificates according to EN10204/3.1 The quality of the cutting of sheet metal: We follow standard Thermal cutting ISO 9013-332 (angularity tolerance Range3, mean height of the profile Range3 and limit deviations for nominal dimensions tolerance Class 2). Additionally we follow standard EN1090-2 tolerance Class 1. For bevel cutting we follow bevel angle tolerance ±2,5°, tolerance of depth of root face is ±1,5mm and tolerance of root face position ±1,5mm. The quality of the bending of sheet metal: For machine industry's products we follow standard DIN 6935. The tolerance of the single bending dimension is ±2mm. For building industry's products we follow standard EN1090-2 Class 1.
Annes Märtsimaa18 Quality Traceability We quarantee 100% traceability of raw material in our production. We preserve all certifications of raw material. Customers are able to request documentation for product delivered several years before. All purchased metal sheets are stamped by metal producer. This code is traceable back till melting process by certificate. The same code is being used internally by our planning and this will quarantee traceability trough our production process.
