21 What is School Direct? School Direct allows schools to: grow their own teachersdecide who to recruit and which subjectsform partnerships so that training is aligned and quality is guaranteednegotiate how the training year is deliveredhave the option to employ at the end of the course
22 Which schools can apply? The Teaching Agency is looking for outstanding schools to lead the programmeIt is also looking for schools who are offering to train national priority subjects
