4 Information to customers, DK Before release – a link in the information box at the FrontPage. 5 FAQ You will get a list over FAQ for both FrontPage and top menu, where you can seek for help for how to answer the customers ex. Design questions etc. Will be sent to you by mail
6 Why…. We are constantly improving the eBanking. Now its the menu and front page turn. We introduce a new top menu that makes it easier to navigate, and improved the front page, which gives a better overview. We have endeavored to keep the same menu structure as you know from previous. This means, you can still find the same menu items under the same category.
8 The biggest changes on the front pages New design Self-service – easier access to self-service functionality Messages – All messages from adviser, agreements for signature, eBoks documents, information from the bank as well as information relating to payments are collected in one box to give the customer a better view.
11 Top menu Menu - moved from the left to the top Structure (all most) still the same About eBanking – is moved to the upper right corner of the screen Contact and help – is moved to the upper right corner of the screen Log off – is moved to the upper right corner of the screen Username – is placed next to log-off Print – is to be found in the lower right corner See also - under each menu item, you can take a shortcut to other relevant areas FAQ (Get help fast) - under each menu item, you can seek answers to questions about your action Statements & agreements - here you will find electronic statements and agreements from the bank, and eBoks.

Navigering fra ny transaktionsliste til ny overførsel: Konto vælges ikke som fra-konto When navigating from new Transactions overview to New transfer, then current items are not transferred, so the account for Transaction is not selected as from-account on New transfer. 5.
