4 Our Founder Dr. C P Giri Shankar, Founder Director, G S Ventures At the helm of a highly qualified and professionally committed group of trainers, Dr. Giri Shankar is a first class management and law graduate by qualification and an attitudinal trainer by choice. Besides garnering a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from the State University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., he has received extensive tutelage under some of the most authoritative behavioral trainers in the world. Last 17 years has seen Dr. Shankar conduct a plethora or powerful workshops delving into various aspects of personal and professional development, employing his experience to train nearly 2 lakh individuals covering more than 250 national & multinational organizations. Having participated in numerous international conferences he has also published articles on interpersonal skills and is instrumental in tailoring a wide variety of dynamic instructional programs to suit the changing needs of individuals and organizations.
