drmsaiem BLOOD BANK OUTLINE This course has been designed to prepare Medical Technology Students, responsibility, knowledgeable and motivated for lifelong-learning in the clinical area of Blood Banking. Building up the basic knowledge of serological testing and blood group system based upon required reading on pre- transfusion testing, clinical conditions associated with immuno-hematology, possible complications of transfusion and the practical aspects of transfusion Medicine.
drmsaiem BLOOD BANK OUTLINE Emphasis will be placed on the development of students skills for interpreting results, problem-solving and decision- making. Laboratory session will provide students the opportunity to practice routine pre-transfusion testing procedures.
