Team Frank Easterly, Chairman and Founder Frank Easterly oversees the strategic direction of the company. Frank has 30 years of experience in marketing and sales and 10 years of experience in payment processing. Frank has a BA from Virginia Military Institute and a MBA from the University of Virginia. Scott Genung, Operations VP Scott Genung oversees all settlement operations. Scott incorporates his 22 years of extensive payment processing and software development experience from 16 years with TSYS, an industry leader in both acquiring and issuing payment processing. Jack Gardner, Support Services Jack Gardner provides operations support services and is a 30 year veteran of multiple high transaction processing environments including Huntington Bank of Ohio, Lincoln Marketing, and TSYS.
