5 Sixth Grade Celebrations! At the end of every quarter we celebrate academic and behavioral success. The requirements for these are: Passing grades (D or better), no conduct referrals and no more than 1 ISI. Every 3 weeks, we celebrate students who are responsible. Everyone with 100% assignments turned in on time may attend. After that celebration, everyone gets a fresh start for the next celebration! Celebrations include: treats, games, field trips to the park, movies and more!

6 Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) PBIS provides staff and students with a unified set of rules. Rules are clearly defined, taught to the students, and posted. Students may earn tickets when any staff member observes them showing respect, responsibility, or pride. Random drawings are done on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Winning students are recognized in a variety of ways. PBIS is a Kyrene School District adopted program.
