Figure 1 Population of CD4+CD25bright cells and CD4+CD25dim cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes before (A) and after (B) lymphocyte therapy in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion patients. The isolated peripheral blood lymphocytes were analyzed for phenotypic frequency by flow cytometry. CD4+CD25+ T cells can be classified into CD4+CD25bright T cells and CD4+CD25dim T cells. Markers were set according to the isotype IgG, and lymphocytes were classified into CD4+ cells (right), CD4− cells (left), CD25bright cells (top), CD25dim cells (middle) and CD25− (bottom). The percentage of CD4+CD25bright T cells is indicated in the top right quadrant, and the percentage of CD4+CD25dim T cells is indicated in the middle right quadrant. The top left quadrant shows CD4−CD25bright cells, and the middle left quadrant shows CD4−CD25dim cells.
