17 Djursland Djursland is located on the nose of Jutland and offers a variety of attractions: Djurs Sommerland (amusement park) Buy a combi-ticket at the bus station which covers both transportation to and from the amusemant park and the entrance for only DKK 235. Mols Bjerge - The national park A fantastic way to see the national park is on the back of an Islandic horse. Both for experienced riders and beginners – so even if you have never been riding is should not stop you! DKK 260 for appr. 2 hours. 18 Border shopping Germany has a much lower taxrate than Denmark, so you can spend a lot of money on especially food and alcohol by driving to the German border. Check out: Some stores are specialized in selling to Danes, and here you can buy cans of soda and beer without paying deposit (as it must be an export certified item): Fleggaard Calle Otto Duborg Poetzsch Remember to bring your passport and CPR-card (avoid paying deposit on cans) Distance Aarhus-Flensburg: 190 km

21 London Ryan Air offers cheap tickets from Aarhus to London (Stansted) How to get there: Take the airport bus to Aarhus Airport (Tirstrup) Price: DKK 90 in cash See time tables at: Once you arrive at Stansted Airport you can take either the train (appr. 1 hour ride) or the bus (appr. 1½-2 hours) to London (Liverpool station). Tickets can be bought before leaving Denmark, on the plane or when arriving in Stansted. Prices: If you are lucky, you can get a return ticket from around 500 DKK

22 London Must-sees in London: Big Ben Oxford Street, Regent Street etc. – SHOPPING! House of Parliament Tower Bridge Buckingham Palace London Eye Madam Tussauds (wax museum) Musicals Buy (sometimes cheap) tickets at Leicester Square. But be there early to get the best seats. Tickets for many of the events can be bought online before leaving Denmark - this will save you valuable time when getting to the attraction. Student discount on many attractions and in many shops, so don´t forget your student ID
