Sport plays a big role in the lives of British people. The most popular sports include: Cricket Football Rugby Golf Tennis Horse racing Polo Badminton Bowling Fishing Boat races (kayaking) Chess.
Cricket Team sport in which matches are played between two teams of eleven players. Originally from England, where a similar game was known at the turn of the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.
Football Team game. It is the most popular sport at the world.
Rugby Popular term for team sports group with a common origin.
