Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS Change – 3 step process for change Awareness Strategy Action
Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS It isnt easy to be a coach, especially today. Pay = pennies if you are working year round, time away from your family, your own free time is diminished. The coaches I know have passion for their sport and most importantly have a strong desire to teach life skills. Support from the community and encouragement from individuals is the best way to say thank you to a coach
