You will be placed in a group of four people Each group is in competition with the other group. You work together as a group. Do not let the other groups hear what you say or write. Step 1
Step 2 Your teacher will provide you with a key word card and five sheets of paper. Write one key word on each of the strips of paper. Key word
Step 3 In your group you must then think of 6 taboo words to write under the key words. The object of the game is to try and stop the other team from guessing the key words. Work as a team, complete a one key word sheet, together one at a time. Key word
Step 4 The sheets are completed. The other teams must now guess the key word on each sheet. They can not use any of the taboo words. The harder you think the easier the win!
Rules When trying to guess the Key word. You must not use rhyming words or phrases like it sounds like. The judge has the final say. You must not use any taboo words or the key words.
Step 5 playing One member of your team will now act as judge. The judge carefully takes the slips to another team. One member of the other team will see the slips ( key words and taboo words) The describer then tries to describe the key words to the members of the group. The judge keeps score.
