Sport, food and health: the culture of wellness Questionnaire : : THE ALIMENTARY HABITS OF THE SPORTSMEN Recipients of the del questionaire: 200 frequenting students(18 females and182 males) the first classes of our Institute. Do you practise any sports?

Conclusions From the analysis of the results it is underlined that him 85% of the interviewed ones believe that the feeding is important for the sporting output, nevertheless around 40% it doesn't pay particular attention to his/her own diet. It also emerges that, except a small percentage of students (almost all sporting to competitive level) that you/they show in general a correct behavior in theme of feeding, the majority needs to be addressed and driven in his/her own alimentary choices, above all those people that are devoted to sporting activity with a certain sistematicità but to levels of appointment type amateur and recreational.
