2. May 2004 meeting Sponsor Ballot started 7 April and was to end 8 May.
Return rate didn’t meeting IEEE SA requirements. Still working with a tentative close of 20 May if numbers are made. 61% of necessary 75% received.
320 Comments were received and approximately 150 were resolved this week.
There were 15 no voters
Comment resolution will continue in July.
