INTERACTING WITH BUYERS BUSINESS MATCHMAKING MEETINGS Ensure that you are on time for all confirmed meetings with Buyers. Ensure that the relevant Company Representative / Decision Maker is present. Document details from Buyer meetings, including: – Contact Details (Secure a business card) – Trade Leads – Product Sample Requests – Orders – Follow up activities *You may want to develop a Tradeshow Contact Sheet to capture all this information. Make Buyers comfortable - include Meeting Areas in Booth to host discussions and be able to document information. JAMPRO will issue a Meeting Summary sheet each morning, please document all your meetings with Buyers, including noting any trade leads to be followed up on.
