This is a call for contributions to the IEEE TG4s technical guidance document. The contributions will be heard in the upcoming January session. The IEEE January Session will be held during January 2015 in Atlanta, GA, USA. The scope of proposals is strictly limited to those described in the Project Authorization Request (PAR) document attached below.
