The CRMA signifies that an individual has the knowledge to effectively: Provide assurance on core business processes in risk management and governance. Who should obtain a the certification? Internal auditors with responsibility for providing assurance of risk management and governance processes Other business professionals with experience in providing risk management assurance
The 5 Domains Domain 1 - Assessing / Assurance of Risk Management Activities Domain 2 - Risk management Fundamentals Domain 3 - Elements of Risk Management Domain 4 - Control Theory and Application Domain 5- Business Objectives and Organizational Performance
When will the exam be offered? The exam, currently under development, will launch mid At launch, the exam will be offered initially in English only at all testing centers.
What is Professional Experience Recognition (PER)? Prior to the first exam offering, qualifying candidates may be eligible to earn the CRMA Candidates must provide evidence of education, certifications held, and experience within the 5 domains of the CRMA to attain points. Candidates submitting the appropriate documentation and fees, who accumulate a minimum of 155 points will be awarded the CRMA without sitting for the exam.
