You can use your book, notes, and class PowerPoint's to complete this exam. While you can use the Internet and Google also, but I would caution about the quality of the answers you may find. The correct answers for these questions are straight from the textbook and the textbook will be the only reference used for grading the exam. You may not seek help from any other person to complete this exam. This exam will time out on Friday, March 5 PM. Any questions answered after that time will not count. You can work at this exam in several intervals if you save your questions and DO NOT submit the exam. The written plan is only a snapshot as of the moment it is approved. If the manager is not planning on a continuous basis --- planning, measuring, and revising – the written plan can become obsolete the day it is finished.
