Did you know that the inside of the earth is made of rocks and minerals?Today you will take a journey with Mrs. Frizzle and her class to explore the inside of the earth and find answers to questions that you may have.

4Your journey is now about to begin! Before Reading1. Before you begin your journey to the inside of the earth, write down at least 3 facts that you already know about rocks and minerals.2. Next, click on the picture and read about how 3 types of rocks are formed and examples of different types of rocks found inside of the earth.3.
