Amelia Mary Earhart named for her two grandmothers, born July 24, 1897 in Atchison Kansas. After a few years Amelia is sent to live with her grandparents, because her father is having a hard time with his job, from his alcoholism.
1908 Amelia Mary Earhart is 11 years old. Taking place in Iowa state fair Des Moines. One day at the Iowa State fair in Des Moines. Amelia gets to see a airplane for the first time.
Amelia Mary Earhart, place Hyde Park High School in Chicago. Amelia Earhart attends Hyde Park High School in Chicago for here senior year. Its hard for Amelia because her parents separated due to her fathers drinking problem. So now her father moved back to Kansas, and now lives with her mother and sister.
