4Grade 7 Form ClassesForm Classes are formed in consultation involving the Junior School Grade 6 teachers, the Assistant Principal and IGCSE Coordinator.They will be formed according to the following criteria:Gender balanceNationality and ethnicityPotential behavioural clashesNew enrolmentsFirst point of contact for students and parents are the Form TeachersResponsible for student welfareFriendly face first thing in the morningMaintains an overview of student behaviour, progress and target-settingResponsible for student administration (sharing information collecting reply slips etc.)Will remain with the Form Class where possible
