1 Small Group & Whole Group Vocabulary Review

2 We will be following a very similar protocol from the last word list for this group review. The biggest change is that your group will be your lit circle and you will NOT rotate which group you are for each turn. Example: Group 1 will be Group 1 the entire time. Also, we will pause every couple of slides so that you can add sentences to your Keynote presentations.

3 Group 1: Use seething as a verb in the past tense. Group 2: Use seething as an adverb. Group 3: Use seething as a noun. Group 4: Use the adverb form of ominous. Group 5: Use the noun form of ominous.

4 Group 1: Use abyss in a sentence. Group 2: Use the adjective form of beguiled. Group 3: Use beguiled in the past tense. Group 4: Use the noun form of beguiling.

5 1. Take a few minutes and add some of these sentences to the appropriate slides. 2. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING THE WORDS CORRECTLY!

6 Group 1: Use uproarious as an adverb. Group 2: Use uproarious as a noun. Group 3: Use the verb form of destitute. Group 4: Use the noun form of destitute. Group 5: Use the word destitute as an adverb.

7 Group 1: Use the adjective form of desolation. Group 2: Use benevolence as an adverb. Group 3: Use benevolence as an adjective. Group 4: Use the past tense form of the word flaunting. Group 5: Use the noun form of lustrous

10 Group 1: Write the noun form of deftly. Group 2: Write the adjective form of deftly. Group 3: Write the adverb form of caustic. Group 4: Write the noun form of ponderous. Group 5: Write the adverb form of ponderous.
