Direct access for Teacher Connect – NO setup for them Integration with Admin Connect for Admin to review/edit eFile opportunities GRx.511 HUGE saving in time/paper. Viewable in TC,AC,PC,SC …. Otherwise impossible to consider efiling each individual report card for every student and every term! We continue to get better at the narrative formatting and copy/paste potential Weaknesses: Appearance and appearance flexibility – we cannot format like a word processor or provide user flexibility
Timing of setup and naming of buckets … ensure proper formats are turned on/off for teachers at the right time so they dont start entering marks comments in the wrong spot and going over previous period information Dont change bucket titles after information has been entered Manitoba Grades 1-6 courses dont get term marks, if teachers are wanting to enter them then they need a learning outcome of mark If teachers experience issues try the process with them or on their behalf … does it work for you? Electronically filing report card … when, how it works, when Parents see it
