If the manager only gives you those changes, the new pitcher bats in the DH spot. 25 Rule 7(2)(c)(11) If a DH is ejected from a game:
He can be replaced by another DH An ejection does not terminate the DH position. If a DH is ejected from a game: If a P/DH is ejected: He can be replaced by two players Pitcher and a DH, or By one player, a P/DH.

26 Remember The DH is terminated when:
Pitcher moves to a defensive position, DH moves to a defensive position, A pinch hitter, after batting for someone in the lineup, comes in to pitch, or Defensive player comes in to pitch.
