3 But from where do they come? The grocery store? What pesticides are covering them? Well… Thirty five different pesticide residues were found on tomatoes in the latest USDA study. A new Harvard study shows it only takes a small amount of pesticides to affect brain chemistry, increasing children developing ADHD. Not only do pesticides affect people, they affect our entire planet, our soil, water, air, animals, and insects. 3 A N I NTERACTIVE L EARNING P ROGRAM WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? Tomatoes! They are rich in antioxidants & vitamins, and help lower cholesterol. They can be used in salads, dips, sandwiches, wraps, pizza, stews, soups, BBQ sauce, salad dressing, catsup, spaghetti, lasagna, manicotti, sloppy Joes, and are even delicious plain!!
