6 What Is The Difficulties In This Recipe? Lemon drinks is not a clear drinks so it needs Clouding agent. Here is the name of Stabilizer (Unipectin QC 40). But they didnt mention the viscosity or mess size of Stabilizer( This is also a Cargill product but we can use the Xanthum gum instead of this which is available in our country). They didnt mentioned about any Anti-Caking agent in this recipe. But this is very important for any powder drinks.
