We evaluated existing products - We looked at: appearance aroma texture flavour
Some of the existing products we tasted and evaluated to gather ideas.
We rather enjoyed evaluating existing products!
We made our own dough and left it to rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Whilst the dough was left to proof we prepared our toppings. We practised our chopping and grating skills as well as working successfully as a team.
We then popped our Naan bread into the oven for 10 minutes. The aroma of the freshly baked bread was very appealing.
We would like you to taste our different Naan bread recipes and evaluate them please.
