Visit to BGHS by Justine Schofield of Master Chef series 2009
Our Master Chef challenge! On February 23/2/10 Mrs Rytmeister and the year 12 Food Technology class invited Justine Schofield to do a demonstration of one of her award winning master chef recipes and also judge our students preparing their own challenge. Justine prepared veal roulade with salsa verde and sauteed potatoes. The students prepared a 3 course cheese, chicken and chocolate themed feast with a 70 minute time limit. Did they step up to the challenge?
