2 Fig 1 A, An elliptical incision has been made around two adjacent arteriovenous fistula (AVF) aneurysms (AVFAs). The distal AVFA has a bleeding ulcer that was ligated preoperatively. B, Proximal and distal control has been established, and the distal AVFA has been resected and prepared for revision.
