STEP #8 Spray aluminum foil with pan release. Tightly cover the pan(s) with parchment paper then with aluminum foil.
STEP #9 Bake the lasagna at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the lasagna reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and uncover. Continue baking for 5 minutes, uncovered, or until the surface of the lasagna is golden brown.
Let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting.
