Preparing the vegetables was just slicing the carrots and braking bits of cauliflower and broccoli off the main stalk. This was the third step of the dinner Preparing the potato's consisted of washing them and then dicing them in to chunks. This was the second step of my dinner. Preparing the meat was the first stage. I had to defrost the steak then marinate them in the marinade and leave them to the side to infuse.
The steak was cook for 5minutes on each side with the marinade then was ready to serve. The wedges were cooked in a roasting dish or similar dish with baking oil for around 45minutes at 220 degrees The vegetables were steamed cooked for 15 minutes then served.
The desert was made following the recipe then baked for 45 minutes at 180 degrees or until brown and crispy. Then whip cream with vanilla essence and icing sugar. Now its ready to serve.
Clean up was the last stage of my dinner. I had to wash and scrub a few things then leave them to dry.
