Data is transmitted via smartphone to portal Receives data and makes them available to doctors and nurses. Sends SMS or Email in case of conspicuous measurements. 10. 10 Devices The Vital sensors and environmental sensors could be used successful since 2010 The video conferencing is not comfortable, not all of the problems with the audio card could be solved; we had installed two units in two apartments for the tests of the usability and handling. Since that time we have again Problems with the webcam, the sound and the quality of the video especially with the synchronization between video and audio channel Mambo is not really useful for all of the participants, because of the handling and problems with GPS receiver Results of the project
