TC - CONSULT will follow that payments will be made prior to departure of clients. Commissions are to be accounted for if Excursions are pre-booked by Clients. #TC - CONSULT guarantees the payment of the packages, including of Accommodation, Transfers, handling charges, excursions and other related services of the packages only for the services provided and agreed on the Contract. #As for all services, provided to TC – CONSULT Clients, Accommodation Owners, Tour Operators / Handling Agents and any other supplier responsible for services rendered will ensure at all times during the period of the stay of TC - CONSULT Clients, the structure and contents of and services and goods supplied will comply fully with all applied International laws, orders, regulation Codes recommended practice, (including those promulgated by Trading Associations in the receiving Countries) relating to Hygiene, fire and safety. #TC - CONSULT shall not undertake any burden for any complaints not being registered in the receiving Country on the Spot of the complaint.
