15 CONDITIONS All cheques/demand draft to be paid in favor of Om Krishna Developers Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Delhi. No price escalation on sold units, no extra charges will be levied, except due to change in areas if any. Buy back scheme with 12% per annum apperception on the purchase price after possession will be applicable on payment plan B & C this scheme is optional if the Clint wishes after two years of booking. Any increase in the charges or any additional charges or levy, if demanded by the govt. of Rajasthan and/or local authority, in the future shall be payable proportionately by the allotted.
