2 The project is located in Buri area north of Khartoum International Fair street and south of Sahiron Hospital, The existing area is used as a Guest House and 21 residential buildings for the university staff, The approximate project area is m². The proposed project is designed to serve as residential, commercial & services complex, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 3.3 million $ per tower. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum. The proposed project is designed to serve as residential, commercial & services complex, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 3.3 million $ per tower. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum. 4 (Project No.3) The project is located south of Nile avenue and east of armed forces bridge, The existing area is used as residential buildings for the university staff, The approximate project area is m². The proposed project is designed to serve as 4 Stars Hotel, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 36.5 million $. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum.

5 Albghdadi Waqf - Al-fawwal The proposed project is designed to serve as Commercial center, offices and hotel apartments, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 7 million $ for a building of 10 stories. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum. The project is located at the intersection of Abdel-Moneim and Sinkat streets west of the United Nations square in an empty area, The approximate project area is 900 m². (Project No.4)

6 The project is located between Al- Gamhorria and Al-Barlaman streets west of Abdel-Moneim street in an empty area, The approximate project area is 1800 m². The proposed project is designed to serve as Commercial center, offices and hotel apartments, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 11.9 million $. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum. 7 The project is located east of Industrial Bank and south of the United nations square in an empty area of 1,400 m². The proposed project is designed to serve as Commercial center, offices and hotel apartments, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design are available. The approximate total cost is about 11 million $. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum. 8 The project is located at the Faculty of Education compound in Omdurman east of El-Wadi street, in an empty area of 4,000 m². Its proposed to use the area for establishment of a Pre-School, Secondary & High school Complex, for which preliminary technical and economical feasibility study and engineering design is conducted. The approximate total cost is about: - Pre-School cost 813,000 $. - Secondary school cost 1.3 million $. - High school cost 280,000 $. 35 (Project No.24) Packaging and Publishing House Tower The project is located Behind Sudan Library and south of Al-Gamhorria street, The site is currently employed as a publishing house, The approximate area is 7,700 m². The building is proposed to serve as binding, packaging and publishing house. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with University of Khartoum.

36 (Project No.25) The international Graduate students hostel The project is located on the east extension of Al-Gamaa street and South of the Ministry of Education near The Teacher Hospital, The site is currently employed as a resident for some of the University lecturers, The approximate area is 2,500 m². The proposed project is to serve as foreign Graduates students hostel. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with the University of Khartoum.

38 The project is located within Alslam Gardens to the south of Armed Forces Bridge, The construction process was partially completed in approximate area of 6,000 m². The building is proposed to be employed as a Commercial Center. The approximate total cost is about usd1 million. 39 The proposed project is located at the Faculties of (engineering/Science/Medicine). The proposed project, now under construction, is to be employed as services compounds covering the three major faculties. 40 The project is located within the Centeral Compound to the North of Al- Parlaman Street, The site is currently employed as forthe Water Research institute. The proposed project is to be employed as a Central Research Laboratory. 41 The project is located on Nile street facing the Faculty of Engineering, in an empty area of 88,000 m². The proposed project is to be employed as a National Library well equipped with all attached services, for which an engineering design is conducted. The approximate total cost is about 25 million $. There is a possibility to conduct the investment in phases through direct financing via BOT system, partnership or any other mode of financing to be agreed upon with the University of Khartoum. 42 The project is located to the north of Saad Abo-Elela Hospital at the intersection of Mohamed Nageeb street with AL-amarat street no 61, The approximate area of the project is 14,000 m². The proposed project is to be employed as an integrated, well equipped Hospital in addition to a Commercial services at the interfaces as Awqaaf. The cost will be estimated after conducting the feasibility study. 43 Soba Hospital Extension Project The project is located in Soba Area at Soba University Hospital The proposed project is to be employed as a new section to provide special distinctive services especially obs / gyn to potential customers.
