Don Kessler became known as a pioneer in creative real estate transactions and one of the first to advocate real estate exchanging. In 1996 his son, Daniel R. Kessler, was given the opportunity to take over as president of the company. Dan Kessler is currently a licensed broker in Louisville Kentucky with extensive experience in real estate property management, development and exchanges.
