2 Company introduction Lifemedic is a young serbian company with mixed capital (Stanimirović Zoran and Sanofarm DOO- slovenian company) and fast growing trade company representing recognized producers of medical devices, food supplement and natural cosmetic products on the territory of Serbia and Region. We are the exclusive distributor for manufacturers Pharmalife research Italy and Nasaleze Ltd UK. Company was established in 2009 and today has 7 employees.

5 Business strategy To represent only recognized companies with own R&D and production facilities. Producers has to have medical documentation available and clinical studies performed. Producers has to have all needed production and quality certificates implemented. Exclusivity contract for agreed markets has to be signed. Product profitability has to meet our criteria.

6 Marketing and Promotion Own sales force promoting products on the field = 4 sales reps. Visiting all pharmacies and doctors on the territory continously Performing Promotion activities (7P), like printed adds, radio talk shows, TV adds, TV talk shows, posters, fairs, seminars and education for customers, etc,... created by our own marketing department. Own warehouse facilities (HACCP).
