Figure Magnetic resonance imaging with gadolinium of the cervical spine (A) revealed a mass lesion invading the spinal column. Fine-needle aspiration smear of neck mass with Diff Quik stain at ×100 (B) revealed crowded sheets of tumor cells with enlarged nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and some glandular arrangement. Immunohistochemistry of the cell block (C) revealing that the adenocarcinoma cells stained positive for CK-19. Magnetic resonance imaging scan with gadolinium of the abdomen (D) revealed a mass lesion in the biliary tree.
