MAIN DIFFERENCES FOR IMPLEMENTATION SUSTAINABLE URBAN TRANSPORT SYSTEM IN RUSSIA AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES Investment would be concentrated on promoting and enhancing sustainable transport modes such as cycling, walking and public transport with no investment in new road construction. In Russia the basis of any plan of development of transport system of city is development of road network, construction and reconstruction of roads. Therefore is very high loading for surface public transport. It is necessary integration of existing Traffic Management System and Management of Public Transport System and development of ITS.

The dispatching center transfer this application to service in transport agency which gives vehicles according to data, address and route. The dispatching center also does the control about quality of execution of the order. Annual volume of transportation is about 1200 passengers. Points of trip is Hospitals, Sport Centers, movie Theaters, Universities, recreational area.
